As you can see, I am no longer posting new content here on I Run on Insulin . From 2009 to 2015, I posted near daily updates. During that time, the support and sense of community I received from the DOC was of immeasurable value. Not just for me, my confidence, and my diabetes journey, but for the nearly 400 readers a day who came here to share in this experience. All material will remain posted here and you can search through the archives for relevant information. I will not be taking any guest blogs or further advertisements at this time. Thank you all for the years of support, laughs, tears, and kindness. The DOC has been and will always be a shining beacon of hope in the darkness of chronic disease management. I thank all of your for uplifting our voices, together.
