pancreas-tshirt_medI am not sure if I should be offended by or totally stoked on this “Gimme some sugar” pancreas T-shirt from a super-random company called “I Heart Guts” that appears to specialize in…organ tees?

Peep the hilarious description:

Get into some hanky panky with this cute pancreas, who wants a little love and plenty of insulin. Perfect for the diabetic, diabetes-sufferer or just general pancreas fan in your life.

Because I have so many “general pancreas fans” in my life….? And also what is the difference between a “diabetic” and a “diabetes-sufferer?” I’m totally confused/amused/still laughing, so I guess I’m not offended. All I have to say for this one is: WTF?
