Ah ha! Proof that I’m not the only one running around this country with diabetes. Something about seeing this store window made me feel better. It reminded me that if something were to happen-if all our luggage got stolen or all my insulin went bad, there’d be a way to get help. It’s always comforting to see some diabetes in the wild….

Haha Rich! Nothing says Happy Chinese New Year like a fried slice of the animal we are celebrating. Oddly enough though, that wouldn’t be hard to find around here….
I figured there was at LEAST one more diabetes besides you in Asia. Just based on the odds. Have a low-carb grilled snake dinner to celebrate the New Year. pī h̄ım̀ mī khwām s̄uk̄h
