This is what three months of d-travel looks like.
I said it could be done, but I never said it would be easy. With us changing hotels every few nights (sometimes every night) as we travel through Northern Thailand, packing and re-packing the ridiculous amount of diabetes stuff I have is exhausting. It literally takes up a third of my suitcase, space I would have loved to have for more clothes or guidebooks. But this is what it takes to travel safely for three months with this disease (keep in mind Jacob has a set of back-ups as well!), so this is what we do. As the days wear on, the load will get lighter as I use pen caps and sensors and strips. Plus, when it only costs $3 to have a huge bag of laundry done for you, I can afford to have only packed 7 shirts!

On a totally, non-diabetes-related note – I totally love the eBag packing cubes!
